HOW TO PAY Our preferred payment method is by Bank Transfer. We require a 50% deposit payment to confirm your reservation with the balance of payment due 8 weeks before your arrival. You will be sent receipts after any payment. Let us know how you'd like to pay and we will send you the necessary information.
CANCELLATIONS We have a very generous and understanding cancellation policy and make extremely prompt refunds (usually within 24 hours). Please see our terms and conditions for details.
CHECK-IN/OUT Self check-in is anytime after 5pm. Check-out is by 10am (later by arrangement).
